These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and TEHH IT Ltd.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the EasyDmn SSL Bulk Status API.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nature of the service

EasyDmn provides a programmatic API for checking SSL/TLS certificate status for domain names.

The Service is provided as-is and is intended for automation, monitoring, and internal tooling.

Intended users

The Service is intended for professional and business use.

You confirm that you are acting as a business customer or professional user when purchasing or using the Service.

API access and usage

Access to the Service is provided via API keys.

• You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure
• You must not share API keys publicly or with unauthorized parties
• Usage limits depend on your subscription plan

Abuse, excessive usage, or attempts to circumvent limits may result in suspension or termination of access.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis and billed monthly via Stripe.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing.

Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Availability and reliability

While we aim to keep the Service available and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Limitations of liability

The Service provides informational results only.

TEHH IT Ltd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

Automated access is permitted within documented usage limits.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
